after 1 and a half year of applications, cancelled back accounts, lost applications, lost letters from belastingdienst, change of addresses and whatever else you may consider possible (or not) in order for a person not to get their tax refund, today i received my tax refund for 2003! Thanks to my friend Pascal of course, who did all he could to help me.

now my next task is to find a job in the netherlands so i can have more cooperation with the belastingdienst in the future :)
