it's not in your genes

it's in your will. i've seen quite a few people come out of terrible situations in their life and thrive. and that just makes me think that i am priviledged in life and i should therefore be able to be happy sometime soon. i mean, there's people in life who have made a comeback from hell, while most of us already have all that they would wish for in a lifetime. and they made this comeback because they wanted to.

i know there's no proportionate relation between the bad situation/conditions in life you might be experiencing and the amount of success/happiness you can/will have, but what i do know is that success and happiness come through difficulties. (they also call it: whatever doesn't kill you, makes you stronger). and i know for a fact that most of the people reading these lines (including myself) most probably haven't had survival issues in their lives.
ladies and gents, we are proviledged, i think whining and complaining is inappropriate.
