i know, i know - i am infamous for not watching popular movies when everyone else is (which is when they first go live), so i decided i'd watch this one tonite. quite honestly, i didn't like it, and it's a good thing that the cinema i went to was not particularly expensive.

the new guy (don't even know his name) is slightly van damish (but not quite) and not particularly james bondish. argue with me if you want to (every fan of bond movies has a different opinion on this) but the one i prefer is pierce brosnan. i didn't enjoy the movie as a bond movie and i didn't enjoy it as an action movie as i am not a particular fan of those.

yeah ok, next time i'll go for the safe bets, the ones i know i like, which is mostly something of woody allen :)

as a side note to this, this is probably the first time in 10 years i go to the cinema in the uk. i definitely haven't done so since i moved here in june.
